Trimming

Five Axis CNC Routers are utilized with the latest in CAM software to accurately machine, rout, saw and/or drill the parts, after they are formed, to your exact specifications.

Dashboard Shroud – formed and trimmed to blueprint.

Dashboard Shroud – formed, trimmed and assembled with stiffener and sound proofing foam.

Assembly

We offer a full range of services to complete your part, such as:

Assembling hardware for mechanical fastening;
Assembling foam for noise suppression;
Applying decals or films for decoration
And much more, including die cutting and punching.

Finishing Operations

Shamrock’s facilities provide full service capabilities for every production step. Your job remains in-house right down to the finishing touches. Virtually every production function is performed in our own plant to provide you with a complete final product.
